Obama, America's mistake
As a life long Democrat, who volunteered with the Obama Campaign and voted for him in 2008, I must speak loud and clear. Obama was a mistake. It has become clear that Obama not only hates America but hates everything to do with the freedoms and rights exemplified in our Constitution. During the campaign Obama made hollow promises and lied to all of us. Obama since being elected to office has made very little effort to do the job of president. He has bullied a few things through office but most of his promises he made he made no effort to complete his campaign promises. He has continued to support those who are against America. He has continually attacked states that have tried to protect themselves from illegal narcotics trafficking and from an invasion of criminals illegally entering the United States with out documentation. Obama has betrayed everything that America stand for he has betrayed the allies of the United States. It is time for us Americans to fight back. If we can not impeach him for being a traitor we can at least vote him out of office in 2012.

Obama's Healthcare Plan What does it mean?
During the elections one of the things which lead to my decision to vote for Barack Obama was his Universal Healthcare for all Americans. But as I have done some research I have noticed that President Obama's plans to not include everyone and embraces an aspect of eugenics that was the core of the Nazi Regime under Hitler.
As I look at his advisors and as I peer at who his has put in charge of putting his healthcare plan into effect I have become fearful that America is slipping dangerously close to those days when the physically disabled, mentally challenged and terminally ill were forced sterilized or put to death in mercy killings. Some of you might scoff at my anonology but read on and research what I have compiled.
Let us look at who Barack Obama has chosen...
Dr. Ezekiel Emmanuel, Special Healthcare Advisor to the Office of Managementand Budget. who in his 1998 paper written with Margaret Papst Battin "What are the Potential Cost Savings from Legalized Physician-Assisted Suicide". And what does Margaret Papst Battin believe? well lets look at her writings "Should Healthcare be rationed by age?" (1987), "Choosing the time to die: The Ethics and Economics of Suicide in Old Age"(1987), amongst others which tell us that we should encourage our elders to kill themselves instead of getting treatment. Both Ezekiel Emmanuel and Margaret Papst Battin are fellows at the "Hastings Center" which likes to change the name of Mercy Killing.. or Eugenics into Assisted Suicide. And who else is part of this "Hastings Center" but the Veterans Administrations Chief research and development officer Joel Kupersmith!, Will they be using our soldiers and service members as their guina pigs? You think not then look at Margaret Battins paper "Phisycian Assisted Suicide - yes but in the VA?".
And what of the poor you might ask... We all heard of making our medical records electronic? guess who is in charge of that? Nancy Ann Parle from the cerna Corporation and who is now the Director of Healthcare Reform. You might ask what she did at Cerna? She was incharge of the Administration of a program which gave bonuses to doctors for denial of service for the poor and homeless at Cook County Bureau of health in Chicago. Where Doctors were encouraged not to give treatment if the patient had little or no chance of recovery.
And should we talk about Peter Orzag the current Director of Management and Budget who when he was the Director of Congressional Budget Office wrote repeatedly about "Quality Adjustment Life Years" of a petient.Orzag wrote that a life is worth between $50,000 to $100,000 depending on age, disease, disabilities etc... or basically the more disabled a person is and the older a person is the less we should spend on curing them or keeping them alive and that like in Nazi Germany lets with-hold medicine and treatment from the elderly.
Now lets look at Richard Thaler, President Obama's "Behavioral Economist" has written several papers including "The value of saving a life" (1974) and "Public Policy toward Lifesaving" (1982) in which he supports and promotes healthcare based on human value where Disabled, Chronically Ill and Mentally Challenged have less value then able bodied and those of sound mind. Seems close to if not the same as Eugenics a concept which is not only Un-American but Pro-Nazi.

Same Sex Marriage
Fundamentalist Evangelical Christians often cry that they want Biblical Marriage. Exactly what is Biblical Marriage:
1. In the Bible daughters were sold to their husbands for alliances
2. In the Biblical times marriage occured at around the ages 13 through 16
3. Biblically a woman has no rights to leave her husband, even if he is abusive.
4. A husband could divorce his wife for any reason.
5. Men could have as many wives as they wanted.
6. Marriages were arrainged and were a business transaction between the fathers.
7. A husband could stone his wife if her hymen wasn't intact, offten a hymen is broke while she is a virgin
Do we really want to return to Biblical Marriages
The institution of marriage has been in a state of change for thousands of years. In the United States., it has been redefined Numerous times:
Only after the civil war that African-Americans were allowed to marry in all areas of the U.S.
Prior to and during the 1960's, at least sixteen states prohibited mixed race couples from marrying. Inter-racial marriage became legal throughout the U.S. after a U.S. Supreme Court decision in that year.
But, until recently, same-sex couples could not marry anywhere in the world.
This final restriction was lifted during 2001-APR, when The Netherlands expanded its definition of marriage to include both opposite-sex and same sex couples. Belgium followed suit during 2003-JAN. Next came Ontario, a province in Canada in 2003-JUN. By 2004-NOV, same-sex marriage had become available in most Canadian provinces. When federal law C-38 was signed into law on 2005-JUL-20, SSM theoretically became available across all of Canada. However Prince Edward Island ignored the civil rights of same-sex couples, and refused to issue marriage licenses to them for almost a month. They capitulated when threatened by a lawsuit. Spain passed a law allowing same-sex couples to marry on 2005-JUN-29. South Africa's law came into effect on 2006-NOV-30.
Many political jurisdictions have special legislation that allows gay and lesbian couples to register their committed relationship as a civil union or domestic partnership and gain some benefits. These areas include most of the Scandinavian nations, the UK, Switzerland, and many states in the United States. The enabling legislation varies greatly among the jurisdictions. Many couples receive only some of the advantages that opposite-gender couples automatically acquire when they marry. In the case of the U.S., couples typically receive a few hundred state benefits but not the over one thousand federal benefits.
Many people believe that same-sex marriage -- or its equivalent under another name -- will become available to all loving, committed adult couples throughout North America and western Europe sometime in the next few decades -- whether they be same-sex or opposite-sex spouses.
Others -- typically religious and social conservatives -- feel that same-sex marriage is a major threat to the institution of marriage itself. They often describe themselves as "supporters of traditional marriage" which actually means that they want to prevent same-sex couples and their children to be forever denied the approximately 1,400 benefits and rights of marriage.
What is most interesting is that over 51% of heterosexual marriage fail in divorce and about 25% of Evangelical Christians have been divorced

United States Founding Principle: Seperation of Church and States
Most of the Founding Fathers were NOT Christian-John Adams: "The divinity of Jesus is made a convenient cover for absurdity."James Madison: "Religious bondage shackles and debilitates the mind and unfits it for every noble enterprise."Thomas Paine: "All national institutions of churches, whether Jewish, Christian or Turkish [Islamic], appear to me no other than human inventions, set up to terrify and enslave mankind, and monopolize power and profit. "Thomas Jefferson: "And the day will come when the mystical generation of Jesus, by the supreme being as his father in the womb of a virgin will be classed with the fable of the generation of Minerve in the brain of Jupiter. But may we hope that the dawn of reason and freedom of thought in these United States will do away with this artificial scaffolding, and restore to us the primitive and genuine doctrines of this most venerated reformer of human errors."Most of them were deists, and rarely ever referred to the Christian God or Jesus but instead to Providence or an ambiguous "Creator."
"Treaty of Tripoly" i think even more so expresses the Non-Christians founding of the United States. Article 11 reads."As the Government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian religion; as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion, or tranquillity, of Musselmen; and as the said States never have entered into any war or act of hostility against any Mehomitan nation, it is declared by the parties that no pretext arising from religious opinions shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries."
or as Thomas Jefferson said:"Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between man and his God, that he owes account to none other for is faith or his worship, that the legislative powers of government reach actions only, and not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus building a wall of separation between Church and State. Adhering to this expression of the supreme will of the nation in behalf of the rights of conscience, I shall see with sincere satisfaction the progress of those sentiments which tend to restore to man all his natural rights, convinced he has no natural right in opposition to his social duties."
or as James Madison said;"The civil Government, though bereft of everything like an associated hierarchy, possesses the requisite stability, and performs its functions with complete success, whilst the number, the industry, and the morality of the priesthood, and the devotion of the people, have been manifestly increased by the total separation of the church from the State." (1819).
Every man "ought to be protected in worshipping the Deity according to the dictates of his own conscience." - George Washington (Letter to the United Baptist Churches in Virginia in May, 1789)
"Question with boldness even the existence of a god." - Thomas Jefferson (letter to Peter Carr, 10 August 1787)
United States ConstitutionThe First Amendment"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion..." Article VI, Section 3"...no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States."

Free Manny, student leader and scholar being deported help
Manuel “Manny” Francisco Torres-Manny Torres was taken from his home for immediate deportation back to Peru, on December 4th at 6:30 am. -Manny is now being held at Mira Loma detention center in Lancaster, Ca. Manny is scheduled be deported in three to five weeks time. -The Torres family consists of his Father Jose Torres, his Mother Maria Torres, and his younger brother Eduardo “Eddie” Torres. The family came to the United States in 1988. Manny was six years old at the time. They were granted political asylum due to civil war in Peru along with Manny’s father being threatened by extremists because of his government job. Manny and his family lived here legally until 1996 when they were given an order of deportation. Manny’s family never received warning of the order. Manny’s father went to a lawyer that took $7,500 of his money and claimed that he would get the family the proper paperwork. The lawyer then disappeared and when this order came about it was delivered to the lawyer’s office not the Torres’s house. During this time there was a motion to reopen the case and since it was pending there was an automatic stay of deportation. While Manny had no idea what was going on his family also thought everything was okay. Eventually the motion and its appeal were denied so the stay went away. After this Manny’s father went to another lawyer that filed an application for late amnesty. This was a bogus attempt made by the last lawyer and she left Manny’s father believing that everything was okay. Manny’s family continued to believe that they were living here legally and lived as though they were legal. While Manny was supposed to be deported to Peru he has lived here for 19 years and has managed to obtain a social security card, license, has renewed and had in his possession his work authorization card, and has paid taxes. -Now 25 Manuel (Manny) Francisco Torres has been a productive and loved member of his community. At Pasadena City College Manny maintained a 3.9 grade point average. At PCC Manny was a member of Leadership Pasadena where he sought to bring about awareness and pro-activity to various concerns and needs in the community through events and social activities. From 2003-2004 Manny was elected Vice President to the Associated Student Board as well as Student Trustee. For the year of 2003-2004 he was awarded the Earl W. Holder Outstanding Student Leadership Award. This award is only given to one student per year. In 2004 Manny was also awarded the PCC President’s Choice Scholarship. Manny earned his Associates degree in Science and Art from Pasadena City College, and then transferred to the University of California at Santa Barbara. AT UCSB Manny pursued the study of Political Science and Education, and earned a Bachelors degree in both disciplines. He finished his degree in 2006 in one and half years instead of two. From 204-2006 Manny was a member of Toast Masters International where he was involved in pubic speaking and gave speeches to crowds reaching up to 1,000 people. In 2006 Manny received the UC Santa Barbara Leadership Program Scholarship. This scholarship was given to a full-time student who had to complete a 13 unit requirement, show leadership involvement in the school and have at least one activity that exhibits great task management skills and the ability to handle responsibility while in charge of other students. After college Manny worked at the Morrison Law Group where he was a legal assistant as well as manager. Manny worked at the Morrison Law Group in downtown Los Angeles from June 2006-July 2007. Manny resigned from his job so he could dedicate his time to his studies. In September of 2007, Manny completed the LSAT receiving a score of 160 finishing in the top percentile. After completing the LSAT Manny began working for the Curtis Green and Furman law firm which focuses on health care law. He had plans to start law school in the fall of 2008 with hopes of applying to Pepperdine or Southwestern Universities. Manny hopes as a lawyer he can fight for children with special needs. -While attending college in Santa Barbara Manny traveled to Pasadena every weekend to work at Ability First on Del Mar Blvd. Manny worked at Ability First from February 2002 – August 2005. As an employee at Ability First, Manny worked with children with special needs like autism and cerebral palsy. On weekend nights Manny was employed independently by the Geher Family to work with their non verbal autistic son Dylan. Manny began this work in 2004 and continued to work with Dylan until he was detained. Manny encouraged appropriate behavior with Dylan and would do things like dine at restaurants, make purchases, socialize, and interact with the general public. The following groups were created on Manny’s behalf in order to keep his friends and family informed on the status of his situation and to draw attention to his plight.
